Rate Schedule for the 2021 Season

  • Early/Late Season rates begin at the opening on May 13th through June 11th and Sept 7th thru December 31st.
  • Our In-Season rates run from June 12th thru June 25th, August 21st thru September 6th.
  • Peak rates run from June 26th to August 20th.
  • In-Season rates apply for Memorial Weekend, May 28th to May 31st.
  • During In-Season and Peak Season, our reservations run weekly, Saturday-to-Saturday. Shorter stays may sometimes be available.
We are pet friendly! Only $10/day per pet.
Rates are based on double occupancy for 1-bedroom cottages, or Cottage #10, up to 4 guests in #1, #8, #9, and #11. Cottage #12 up to 6 guests In-Season or Peak Season, up to 4 guests Early/Late Season. Additional guests pay $15.00 per night and each pet at $10.00 per night.
