About Phyto-Science, llc

PhytoScience, llc was established 16 years ago as a natural products consulting group. We’re proud to serve our clientele worldwide, with markets in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We built our outstanding reputation by providing exceptional consulting and teaching services in the botanical industry. Our commitment is to connecting scientists, farmers, and manufacturers. We continually collaborate and network with our peers to provide accurate findings and detailed information to our clients.

Our Directorship

Our directors are life-long nature enthusiasts Raymond (Ray) Cooper, Ph.D. and Shuly Cooper, Ph.D.

Raymond Cooper, Ph.D., is a professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, for Biology and Chemical Technology. He has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry, with his credentials including:

  • Fellow at the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK
  • Member of the American Society of Pharmacognosy
  • Visiting Professor at the School of Pharmacy, London University, UK
  • Associate & Editor of the J. Traditional and Complementary Medicine
Ray has authored three books and edited five. He has also published over 120 peer-reviewed reviews, papers, and patents. In 2014, he received the American Society of Pharmacognosy Varro Tyler Botanicals Prize Lifestyle Achievement Award. Ray is currently the editor-in-chief of a new book series published by CRC Press on Global Medicinal Plants.
